Fivio Foreign LOCKED UP?! Here’s What We Know!

Say it ain’t so! Brooklyn drill rapper Fivio Foreign been locked up since JANUARY, and some of y’all like, "Wait... didn’t we JUST see him on NOW THAT’S TV: New York Auditions?" Yeah, you did; but that was pre-recorded! Meanwhile, twin been behind bars this whole time, and the charges? It’s not looking good.

So What Happened?

Police say they got Fivio on surveillance footage at an Edgewater, New Jersey apartment complex, and the wild part? The footage supposedly backs up the victim’s story.

Allegedly, on New Year’s Day, a woman asked Fivio to help her jumpstart her car (regular, right?). But according to the police report, Fivio wasn’t with it at all. Instead, he allegedly upped a whole weapon on her and said:

“If I see you parked in front of this building again, there is going to be a f**king problem.”*

Huh?! Happy New Year, I guess?

The Charges Are STACKED

Police officially arrested Fivio on January 18 and hit him with five charges, including: Unlawful possession of a weapon, Terroristic threats, Aggravated assault

And as of RIGHT NOW? He’s still sitting in Bergen County Jail on domestic assault charges.

His Lawyer Speaks Out…

Fivio’s attorney, Adam Lustberg, told TMZ that the case is one of the weakest he’s ever seen. So is this all cap, or is Fivio really in trouble?
